Deze morgend opgestaan met een zwaar hoofd en een keel die aanvoelt alsof ze er vannacht prikkeldraad in gespannen hebben... Rap de babysit van dienst gebeld, beter bekend als mijn mama, om door de dokter te laten vaststellen dat ik een keelontsteking heb. Terug naar huis gestuurd met antibiotica, keelpastilles en Dafalgan tegen de koorts. Me afgevraagd of ik daar ook kalo's voor moet rekenen, maar ik besluit om de medicatie buiten mijn dieet te houden.
Verder toch een heugelijke dag, want ja... alweer een ander getal op de weegschaal... en dat op zich maakt de keelontsteking al heel wat minder erg. En al zit een stevige wandeling met de buggy er vandaag niet direct in, ik zal proberen om de propere was in stukjes naar boven te brengen zodat ik toch wat extra trappen op en af moet.
