Wendy, Als diëtiste weet ik dat nu verder gaan niet altijd zin heeft. Je hoeft niet naar je jonge meisjes gewicht terug te gaan. Leef gezond en gelukkig. Geniet van je kind. Te hard proberen naar een te laag gewicht is vragen om een eetstoornis. maar gezond eten is natuurlijk wel aan te bevelen. Ik weet dat je dit niet graag zult horen. M aar sterkte.
